Execution Matrix Series :
"Structuring & Negotiating a Term Sheet In Today's Market"

So, you get a term sheet, now what? Terms are not easy to understand unless you work with it on a daily basis. What terms are most important to the VC and to you as an entrepreneur, and what are not as important? What are the "must haves" for both sides?

At this event, you will learn what VCs want in terms of the deal in today's market and what entrepreneurs should know about those terms. You will also learn about preferences and how it affects you as an entrepreneur and your company in the long run.

Keynote Speaker: Curtis Feeny,GP at Voyater Capital

Curtis Feeny has invested in enterprise software, data center systems, wireless infrastructure and clean IT technologies. He also has expertise in SaaS, open source, and capital efficient software companies.
