FaceTime

Facetime" is a conference where 10 "cream of the crop" emerging companies in enterprise software and communications, are given the opportunity to make presentations to 5 top tier VC partners. They will be rigorously screened and properly coached.

The event will begin with 5-minute presentations by 10 companies for the Investors to view. The investors will select up to 5 companies they want to meet one-on-one. Each investor will have their own office where selected entrepreneurs will make 25-minute presentations.

It is possible for a company to be selected by all 5 investors, and another company not be selected at all.

There will be an hour coaching provided for the 5-minute presentation, and another hour for the 25-minute one-on-one presentation for those that are selected.

The selection process is 2-fold. First, the screening team (Associates of VC firms) will select 12 candidates out of all the applications submitted by September 5th, at 5:00pm. And second, the 12 candidates will participate in presentation auditions, where we will select the final 10 that will present at the conference.

3. Finally, go to www.mollyguard.com to submit your $50 application fee to be considered. However, if you are a member of any of the following associations: SDForum, SVASE, BARTA, FWE, TIE, and ASVC, the discounted application fee is $30. If you applied for the September 27th, 2002 One-to-One Visibility conference, the application fee is waived.

If you are selected to present, you will receive a link to submit the $1000 company participation fee. The $1000 admits 2 people per company into the conference.
